Erik Schuck, Shop Foreman of Toyota of Orange was named the Toyota Quality Champion for the 3rd year in a row! Toyota recognized Erik for his frequent, high-quality reports and his commitment to the concept of “kaizen” or continuous improvement. On Oct 28, Toyota representatives presented Erik with his award and Toyota swag. He received a hat, a backpack, and a new personalized tool-carrying tray.
Erik has been with Toyota of Orange for over 15 years, 11 of those as a certified MDT Technician. He continues to be a role model and valuable team leader. Congratulations, Erik. We are so glad you are part of our team
